WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We ship via USPS and charge a flat rate of $5, $10, or $15 depending on the size and weight of the item.

15 DAY USA RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days from the day your order was placed. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, the return will not be processed. ALL return costs are taken care of by the customer.

  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For small items we charge a flat rate of $30. For larger or heavier items, we charge a flat fate of $60.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Conditions for a return: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached. Final sale (marked 30% or greater) and beauty products are not eligible for a return.

  1. Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by Contacting Us. Salt Shoppe is run by a military family so we would like a heads up just in case you caught us between a move. 
  2. Carefully package up your item(s).
  3. Drop off your package at a local USPS office or a USPS authorized shipping center.

Returns are refunded onto your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). When an item is returned for store credit, a unique coupon code will be issued for the same purchase price amount (excluding original shipping costs). The unique code never expires. Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving the merchandise.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, simply return your order and place a new order on our website.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We hope this never happens however if the off chance you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us straight away HERE. so we can help to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please be advised we do not offer returns or exchanges on damaged zippers due to abuse by prior customers. All items are inspected before shipment and packed tightly in bubble mailers or boxes.
